Join a host's quiz on your phone, answer against the clock and climb the leaderboard while everyone plays at the same time.
How it works
Join
Open the host's event link, scan their QR code or type the 6-digit code. No account needed: you can play as a guest.
Answer fast
Every question has a timer. A faster correct answer earns more points, up to 100. A wrong answer costs as many points as a right one would have earned.
Climb the board
After each question you see the right answer, often with a short explanation, and the live leaderboard. With an account your scores are saved.

Find an event
Open the link or QR code from the host, type the 6-digit join code on this page, or browse the Discover and Events tabs in the app.
Register for a reminder
Tap Register on an event, or the bell in the feed, and you are notified when the host opens the lobby. Switch notifications on in your Profile.
Wait in the lobby
Once the lobby is open you can chat and see who is joining. The quiz starts when the host starts it, with a 3-2-1 countdown.
Answer before time runs out
Pick your answer as soon as you know it: faster means more points. Some rounds ask you to type the answer, and in TV rounds the question is on the host's screen while you answer on your phone.
Check the results
After each question you see the correct answer. Use the tabs under the question for the ranking, how everyone answered, the explanation and the chat.
Install the app
On a phone, tap Install app in your Profile to add LiQuizo to your home screen. On iPhone, notifications only work in the installed app.
Guide for creators
From your first quiz to a live event, step by step.
Get creator access
Create an account, open your Profile and tap Request creator access. An administrator reviews the request, and Creator Studio opens once it is approved.
Build a quiz
In Creator Studio choose New quiz and add questions: multiple choice with 2 to 4 answers, open text, or TV rounds. Add a picture and an explanation to any question.
Schedule an event
Choose New event, pick the quiz and the date, add a cover image, and publish it. You can add a YouTube live link so players watch your stream inside the app. Players can register and get reminders.
Open the lobby
When it is time, press Host event and open the lobby. Players arrive, chat and appear on the map. Share the join code, the QR code or the event link.
Run the quiz
Start the quiz and move question by question: the timer runs, answers lock, you reveal the correct answer and the explanation, and the leaderboard updates.
Show it on a big screen
Open the Big screen view, or add an OBS overlay to your stream, to show live stats and the leaderboard while you host.
Review the results
After the event, open its results to see how everyone did.
Questions and answers
Do I need an account to play?
No. You can play as a guest with just a name. Create an account to keep your scores and follow creators. Guest accounts are removed after a day of inactivity.
Which devices does it work on?
Any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer. On a phone you can also install it as an app from your Profile.
Can I replay an event I missed?
Some events offer a replay after they end. If it does, you will find a Replay button on the event page.
Why don't I get notifications on my iPhone?
On iPhone, notifications only work after you add LiQuizo to your Home Screen. Open your Profile and tap Install app for the steps.
How do I become a creator?
Open your Profile and tap Request creator access. An administrator approves requests.
Can I change the language?
Yes. Use the language switcher at the top of the page.
